Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Receive and execute a wide range of service requests received in person, by phone, through email and fax. Service requests are wide ranging and may include requests for restaurant reservations and referrals, floral delivery, gift or personal shopping, ticket enquiries, locating hard to find and luxury items, to mention some. Responsible for all communication with members. Cultivate and nurture member relationships. Build member trust, loyalty and confidence. Receive and timely complete requests. Source, secure and maintain relationships with Partners—suppliers and service providers. Organization. Efficiency. Accuracy. Excellent Research, Writing and Oral Communication Skills. Required Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of dedicated customer service work.
